The main objective of Desarrollo Ermita del Santo Socimi (DES) is to acquire commercial real estate assets that, by improving their management, have a potential of long-term growth within the Spanish market.

The Company currently owns, operates, and maintains Centro Comercial La Ermita in Madrid.

Desarrollos Ermita del Santo Socimi SA has contracted  with Espacio Quatro Gestion SLU for the handling of La Ermita Comercial Center management.

DES Socimi has a goal to generate value for its shareholders, considering the company’s experience and the experience of its managers, through the management of commercial real estate assets.
